📨 Submitting a Support Ticket
To submit a support ticket:
- Navigate to Support Center in your sidebar.
- Click “Submit Ticket.”
- Choose a category:

- 💡 Features & Feedback
- ❓ General Questions
- Set a priority level:
- Low → Small question or feature curiosity
- Medium → Inconvenience but not blocking
- High → Affects workflow or content creation
- Urgent → Blocks access or causes data issues
- Add a short subject and detailed description of your issue.
- Click Submit.
